The next time you visit the Library, take a moment to enjoy our butterfly garden on the south side of the building. Evergreen Park resident Bob Erlich curates this beautiful public space on a volunteer basis, and has released thousands of monarchs and swallowtail butterflies raised from eggs laid on these plants. Patrons frequently ask us to identify plants in the garden. Click on a picture to enlarge it.
